Interlocking system

For safety in the calibration facilities emergency breakers, door contacts, door magnets, PIR motion sensors, acoustical and visible warning signals are common – the individual configuration depends on the local requirements and the constructional situation. In case of an interlock either the source falls into safe position (by gravity) or, in case of X-Ray, the irradiation is shut off by cutting the power supply. At the same time all movements as well as the power supply of the bench will be cut off.
